Data used

Maksabak processes account identifiers, connected Shopify records, integration configuration, submitted payment evidence, and content you provide to requested product features.

Credentials

Shopify and AI secrets are stored encrypted on the server and are not intentionally displayed again after saving. Do not place credentials in chat prompts or support messages.

Purpose and sharing

Data is used to provide the workspace, synchronization, requested analysis, administration, and security. Store data is sent to a configured AI provider only when needed for assistant requests.

Retention and deletion

Formal retention and account-deletion periods must be finalized before broader release. Disconnecting a store removes its saved connection from the current workspace but must not be treated as a complete legal deletion request.
